FAQs about Soaps and Body Care Products
1) We typically ship out all orders 1-2 times a week depending on volume. You will receive a notification of when your items have shipped. All items are sent via USPS.
2) All packages are fully insured for loss or damage. However, if incorrect shipping information is the causation of the loss, this is not covered. Please, please check your shipping information for correct address, including unit number or apartment number! If a package is returned to us for incorrect shipping information, it will be reshipped once the shipping has been paid in full again by the customer.
Due to the personal nature of items sold, we cannot accept returns. If something is wrong with your order, please reach out to us so we can resolve it right away.
Please be aware of ingredients/allergens that can impact you. We use a variety of ingredients in the workspace and cannot guarantee that an ingredient has not been in contact with another ingredient. If a product causes irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
