Yurt Rentals

Yurts

We have a 24’ hospitality yurt to host festive gatherings, educational classes, or group dinners and three 20’ yurts for overnight farm stays.  The site is available for individual or group rentals. The purpose of Dancing Moose Farm is for our visitors to gain knowledge about permaculture farming and enjoy a farm stay experience.  We have bathrooms with hot water and flushing toilets.  No pit toilets here!

To ensure a pleasant experience for all, we ask everyone to be respectful of our animals, neighbors, and fellow guests.  Our farm is meant to be explored so understanding a few basic ground rules helps reduce danger and protect our working farm.  These rules are discussed in the farm disclosure when renting a yurt.

Our remote location and the absence of light pollution ensures our guests can enjoy stargazing and constellations that are not visible from the city.

We are not a vacation rental site.  Our yurts are rented to those who are interested in a farm stay experience. On the farm you will have the opportunity to view our farming practices, learn about our animals, and relax in our inversion free air.

You will also be able to  support our farm through the purchase of soaps, eggs, meats, and other farm products.

Dancing Moose Farm's core values are education and upholding the permaculture philosophy of; caring for the earth, caring for people, and sharing excess.
